To Start - Unlimited Herb Breadsticks with Marinara dip
Opening Act - Choose an appetizer to share
- Crunchy Bay Shrimp - Tossed with choice of Hot or Mild Buffalo sauce, Bangkok Oriental ginger glaze with sesame seeds or a fiery Thai chili sauce.
- Chicken Quesadilla - Boneless chicken breast and melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses nestled between a grilled tortilla, served with salsa and sour cream.
- Cheddar Skins - Golden potato skins stuffed with bacon and crowned with melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses. Served with sour cream.
Intermission - Both enjoy a fresh mixed green salad or a cup of homemade soup dujour
The Main Event - Choose any two center stage shrimp delights
- Sautéed - In a light garlic butter and served scampi style or with marinara over a bed of linguini.
- Skewered- and brushed with BBQ sauce, Cajun spices, or a Thai chili sauce then grilled to perfection.
- Broiled- with a choice of Old Bay, char crusted, or pesto style.
- Healthy-ish - Cold, cocktail style or hot-N-char crusted served over a bed of fresh spring mix salad.
